The hotel is part of a large new shopping centre - with almost no customers - around a large courtyard (with an ATM). The breakfast, which had sufficient choice, was served in one of the restaurants (the Batumi restaurant) in this centre. We stayed 3 nights in room 7 in this new hotel, on the first floor (as all rooms). Good beds, good WiFi and coffee/tea facilities. We seldom had such a large (and high) room, and a large bathroom, as this hotel. The staff, with some persons who spoke English, was very helpful to arrange a taxi for a daytour around the city to the main sights. From the hotel it is a walk of only a few minutes to the fortress and the Mausoleum of Noah. To the Khan palace and surrounding sights it is about a 20 minutes walk. We would certainly stay here again if we ever would come again to this few visited but beautiful and very interesting region.

The house was not only charming but also impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat for our stay. The housekeeper is a remarkable woman who greeted us with a delightful assortment of fresh and dried fruits, tea, and sweets, which made us feel instantly at home. She kindly guided us to the local bazaar, where we enjoyed shopping for delicious dried fruits and homemade jams. Her hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Additionally, her husband organized a sightseeing tour around Nakchivan and within the city, offering us great value for the fantastic experience. The house itself was exceptionally quiet and pristine—even more beautiful than the photographs suggested. Its location is ideal, as we were able to stroll easily to the city center, immersing ourselves in the local culture and attractions. We highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable stay in Nakchivan!

The house is right in the middle of the city, walking distance from everything, the owner also offers tours of the region that I suggest to take. I came for 2 days and ended up staying 5. Very generous and helpful hosts.

It's well located, with stores, cafes and museums within walking distance. Places further away in the city can easily be reached by Bolt for a couple €. You have everything you need - shower, washer, fridge, and breakfast. The owner was happy to organize us a two day tour for 250AZ, and that included airport transfer. We couldn't be happier. The price we paid for the room was very low, so it was well worth it.
