Mauricio, the host, is extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is delightful. Everything is made of wood and tastefully decorated. It's warm, comfortable, and cosy. It's less than a 10 minute drive from the airport, and Mauricio will pick you up or drop you off there any time you need. If you need to go to Punta Arenas, you can easily order an Uber. Central Punta Arenas is only about a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Highly recommended!

It's a comfy and quiet place away from the city noise. Melita makes you feel at home and serves a home-made breakfast. The room is tidy, clean and quiet. Lovely quiet location but only 10-15 minutes into punta arenas. Lots to do and see especially if you like wildlife. Accomodation was rustic but very comfortable and clean. Hosts do not speak English but Google translate was our friend. Very friendly couple

It is always nice to meet the host. He was very pleasant and welcoming. We had some conversations with translations. He showed me around the apartment which was nice from him. Always willing to help with any issues. Quiet, peaceful and secure apartment. I was happy with what I had paid for.
