Quietly located 5 km from Adamas Port, the Cycladic-style Theophili features air-conditioned rooms with a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea or the village of Zephyria. Had a fantastic stay, so glad we decided to stay outside of the city. The hotel is just a few minute drive from Adamantas, super peaceful and calm, simple accommodation with everything you need! Alex and his father were such kind and thoughtful hosts, would recommend staying here.

We had a great stay. The house was spacious and nicely furnished. Beautiful table outside in the grass with night lights next to budgies and rabbits that made no noise and had no bad smell, contrary to what other reviews say. Daily cleaning with new towels every day. Responsive host. Good value for money.

Everything was absolutely amazing here, the property was unique and we felt lucky that we had the pleasure to stay here. Everything was perfect, the kids loved the pool, the whole place was spotlessly clean and really well looked after and the host was really helpful and kind. It was stunning and I wish we had booked to stay there for longer.

The host was absolutely wonderful, welcoming us with genuine warmth and care. From the very first moment, we felt that this place is full of history and soul. The cottage itself is a dream – every single accessory has its own story, thoughtfully restored and beautifully placed, creating an atmosphere that is both authentic and unique. Nothing was left to chance: from a welcome bottle of wine and fresh water to even specially branded shower gel, every detail showed how much love and effort went into preparing this home for guests. The outdoor areas are equally amazing – charming, functional, and designed to make you instantly feel at ease. We loved every minute here and honestly did not want to leave. Olive Cottage is a true gem and we can recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Milos.

The property itself is stunning—perfectly located in the heart of the island, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere that feels deeply connected to nature. What made this stay truly special was the holistic experience they provided: not just beautiful accommodations, but also seamless transportation, creating a complete and memorable stay.
