Also responded quickly to any questions. Studio is large, bed is comfortable, the room has AC which is nice. There is a coffee machine, and even a washing machine which comes in handy if you want to do laundry after hiking :-) The bathroom is clean and has a good shower. There is a Continente supermarket next door. Parking space is a big plus. The building feels safe and quiet, but is in close proximity of cafes, restaurants, etc.
