Fully equipped houses in the center of San Martin de los Andes. Excellent location, only 200 meters from the main avenue. The host was in touch with us since we booked the place until we arrived. Everything was prepared for us. The place is awesome: The kitchen and living room is on the floor level, and the bedrooms are in the floors upstairs so the common areas are separated from the private rooms. Location is perfect, in the center of the town and at walking distance from shops and restaurants. We had a spot to park our truck within the property.

We were worried at the beginning, because the apartment had few ratings, but it definitely exceeded our expectations and we loved everything about it. It was very spacious and comfortable. We were surprised with the ceramic dishes and good kitchenware, something you do not expect to see in a rented apartment. Cozy sofa and lovely kitchen with a view on the mountain. The apartment was warm and with lots of sun. The only small disadvantage is that it was on the first floor and the window looks on the side where sometimes car from this building can pass, but it did not bother us at all and we did not even close the curtains. The location is good too, right in the center of San Martin. Internet connection was good and the apartment was quiet, probably heard neighbors few times, but we were so tired after ski that we did not had any problems sleeping, especially given the nice bed. We were met at the time convenient for us and the person was friendly and helpful and gave us two keys. We enjoined our stay in San Martin a lot and this apartment was definitely one of the reason for it.
