The hosts are next level hospitable and communicated with me ahead of time and throughout our stay via Booking.com. We were picked up from the JR train station, and they made us reservation for that evening at a small kaiseki spot and drove us to dinner and asked the chef call us a taxi when we were finished. 6 seats, the chef and the server. It was probably our most memorable meal of the trip. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The hosts prepare you a delicious Japanese style breakfast each morning. The bathroom and bathtub is like having your own private onsen with a spectacular view.

They helped us work out the sleeping arrangements, food, transport etc. The staff were very friendly and warm! Love them. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. True authentic Japanese cuisine. The bedrooms were beautiful and had lovely futons. Best sleep ever! A quick walk outside and we were between snow, beach and the ocean - most amazing scenery. We were really in need of a good stay to rest and recover, this was the perfect place to rejuvenate. Highly recommend this place and would come back!
