いくつかポイントに分けて魅力を紹介します。
◼️ロケーション
アカデミア美術館から徒歩5分という観光に適した立地で、周囲にはスーパーや公園、教会があります。
◼️客室
外は大変清潔で驚くほどアメニティや軽食が備わっていて、一般的なホテルでは体験した事のないホスピタリティでした。また客室装飾やデザインなど統一感が素晴らしく、とても顧客目線で洗練された空間でした。
◼️軽食
ここで頂いた水や軽食のおかげで、フィレンツェ滞在に彩りが加わったことは言うまでもなく、至れり尽せりでした。部屋にエスプレッソマシーンやミルク、オレンジジュースなどが備わっており、朝に飲むカプチーノは最高でした。また毎日水やクッキーを提供してくれて、まさに私たちの日本語で表現すると素晴らしい「おもてなし」を提供されていました。
ホストの方はいつもレスポンス良く、大変親切にやり取りしてくれて、快適な時間を過ごせました。

I had a wonderful stay in Florence and can recommend it 120%. This property will undoubtedly become a unique and iconic accommodation that will make Florence proud in the future. My experience exceeded expectations, and I’d like to highlight a few points about what made it so special.
Location
The property is perfectly situated, just a 5-minute walk from the Accademia Gallery, making it ideal for sightseeing. Surrounding it are supermarkets, parks, and churches, adding to the convenience.
Room
The room was impeccably clean and equipped with a surprising range of amenities and light snacks, offering a level of hospitality I’ve never experienced in a typical hotel. The design and decoration of the room were harmoniously unified, creating a sophisticated and guest-focused space.
Snacks
The water and light snacks provided really enhanced my stay in Florence. There was an espresso machine, milk, and orange juice in the room, and the cappuccino I enjoyed every morning was perfect. They also provided water and cookies daily, delivering true “omotenashi” (Japanese-style hospitality).
The host was always quick to respond and extremely kind, making sure I had a comfortable stay.
