Clean and secure...... on site care takers amazing even if they didn't clean 3 of the units as they are someone else that cleans them. A/C works great. The pool in the back is for condos 4,5,and 6. If you happen to be the only ones at the time of your stay, you will have the pool to yourselves. Relaxing stay for our family.
