Everything was fantastic, can't fault a single thing about this hotel. The setting at the restaurant is what dreams are made of. As we sat down to have lunch on our first day there was a sloth climbing down a tree with the volcano in the background.

Cabañas del Rio is gelegen in Fortuna, op 4,6 km van La Fortuna-waterval, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren en een tuin. Wij waren hier 4 dagen. Het is ruim, schoon, aardig personeel en een heerlijke plek. Ze doen er alles naar om het naar je zin te maken! De Frog tour was ook erg leuk!

Het Lanna Ban Hotel ligt in Puerto Viejo en biedt rechtstreeks toegang tot het strand. Het hotel is vormgegeven in moderne Thaise stijl en heeft een exotische tuin. Er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar. Een prachtige locatie dichtbij zee met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ook kun je vanuit hier veel bezienswaardigheden bezoeken.

Hotel Indalo adults only is centraal gelegen in het centrum van Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, op slechts 3 minuten lopen van het strand Salsa Brava. Very good location, right in town but still quiet. Very nice owner that helps out with everything. super clean. we even got a little christmas gift.

Offering outdoor pool and a hot tub, Hotel Roca Negra Del Arenal is located in the suburbs of Fortuna. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Gorgeous grounds with lots of little touches to make the place a wonderful hangout. We loved the reading and games books by the pool, the hot tub, and the plentiful garden work that brought in so much wildlife.

Ballena Rey Hotel bevindt zich in Uvita, op 13 km van Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een gedeelde lounge. Staff went above and beyond the call of duty. I lost my cell phone, and staff member May was very instrumental in helping me to locate it, and it wasn't an easy task. I'm so grateful for her help!

Dit tropische hotel ligt naast de Arenal-vulkaan van Costa Rica, op 6 km van La Fortuna. Zalige zwembaden! Heerlijk warm water. Lekker ontbijtbuffet. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant ‘s avonds (we kozen voor a la carte in plaats van buffet) Onze kamer/huisje lag perfect kortbij de zwembaden. Als je boven op de berg ligt is het toch een hele beklimming, maar er rijden shuttlebussen rond.
