The staff at the property were lovely. They were kind, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were compact but well designed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Nice toiletries. We definitely took advantage of the jelly sweets at reception, a cute little touch. Great location, 1.2km safe walk to the heart of the old town. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Nantes.

Our experience at the Loisium Wellness Hotel is definitely one to remember. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The welcome was amazing! We immediately felt at ease, and that was enhanced when someone (Margeaux) brought our bags to the room - a welcome luxury after a long trip. The room was stylish and comfortable, with a beautiful view that perfectly matched the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. We felt right at home and couldn't wait to start enjoying everything the hotel had to offer. Dinner was truly super delicious! Each course was a culinary treat, with fresh ingredients and perfect presentation. It was a true feast for the senses! And of course, the requisite champagne made the experience even more special. The staff made sure our glasses were never empty, which added an extra sparkle to the evening! The facilities of the wellness hotel were also impressive. We had a really nice stay with a beautiful view of mountains and greenery around! Staff at the hotel and restaurant were really friendly to us and to our dog. The spa was a great touch during our long hours drive from France to Germany. We hope to come back again to discover the nature around the area in the future.
