The staff are great, polite and helpful always willing to answer questions about the hotel and about Rome, as well as practical questions that you may have! Cleaning is done every day and done very well!

The room was spacious and bed was very big and comfy. All the facilities are in good conditions. We enjoyed our stay here. We asked for a couple of vases for our flowers and the staff found them in a second.

We really appreciated the small things; the welcome note and chocolate, the welcome Prosecco, the attentive response of staff, help booking dinners, turn down service. We felt extremely well cared for and we would come back in a heartbeat. We did not have time to fully take advantage of the hotel offerings as there was so much for us to see in Florence. The breakfast is so beautiful and the cocktails to die for. Returning to Florence would be in part enticing to be able to return to La Gemma.
