Facilities are new and well maintained,the location is very convenient,but the game changer is the staff working at the property,especially the way Mr.Sanzhar made an eye-contact as soon as we entered to the property,greeted us properly,finished our check-in process less than in 3 minutes including explanations of facilities and working hours,and the same way during our stay,always super friendly,professional and supportive,our stay was great, we would love to back! Great location in the heart of everything! The lobby is grand, and the staff are super friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet is good, but the restaurant is a bit pricey. Wi-Fi can be spotty. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

I like this hotel for its excellent restaurants and outstanding breakfast. I especially appreciate the concept of ordering breakfast à la carte instead of the usual buffet—it’s a much better experience. The service is very good, and the location is great—close to “Little France,” where you can see the miniature Eiffel Tower and the statue of Charles de Gaulle. It’s a pleasant area to walk around.
