Having experience in hospitality myself, I would like to give special thanks to all those involved in the breakfasts, and especially those working at the Christmas Eve Dinner! Being a solo traveller is at times difficult, but I was so well looked after and cared for. Being made to feel like a treasure on Christmas eve, was an absolute highlight. They even left us a little gift Christmas stocking outside our rooms with biscuits - too adorable. The facilities are immaculate. Everything it of the best quality. The view from the room spectacular. Honestly such a high bar that has been set here, well done to the Wyndham Grand Yangon Hotel team!!! Definitely coming back and recommending to everyone I know.

Super friendly staff who were always willing to help. Good facilities, pool, gym, wide choice on the restaurant menu. Might be a bit tight if the hotel is running at capacity.

Very friendly staff, who accommodated us for early check-in and late check out. Very tasty continental breakfast with fried noodles/rice. Rooms are spacious, confortable and clean. Hotel staff also helped us very much to buy our bus tickets back to Yangon and helped us rent the é bike to tour around Bagan. We recommend staying here

Stunning view from the cliffside rooms, restaurant, and pool, looking out at the sea and sunset. Absolutely love that view! Food was great and staff were extremely welcoming and professional. Will be back!

This property was amazing. The staff were incredible, especially Mr Soe Moe who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a beautiful breakfast to eat every morning as I have allergies that prevent me from eating at the breakfast buffet (which my friends said was amazing!) We got massages and rented an e-bike through them as well, which were great. I can’t recommend this property enough!! The view from the roof is beautiful.

Situated in the Bahan district of Yangon, Melia Yangon offers rooms with free WiFi. Among the various facilities of this property are a fitness centre, a bar and a restaurant. Superb location with nice shopping mall adjacent to the hotel made it so convenient and comfortable to drop by for informal meetings and meals. Dining at the Market was also enchanting with its delicacies and their staff were well attentive and professional in handling service. I enjoyed the privacy at high class. Room amenities were sufficient. Lighting and electrical sockets were sufficient. Overall 10/10.

The hotel is beautiful: it has a great inner courtyard, perfect rooms and lots of beautiful plants. The generator is also great; power cuts can be bridged without any problems. The breakfast is very tasty and the restaurant is also great. Thanks to the friendly, very cordial staff, this hotel is perfect. Go there!
