Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and cozy, and the location is excellent - right in the heart of the Araneta city with easy access to shopping malls and eateries. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The staff at the lobby, front office, pool, housekeeping (super fast with our request) and staff at strEATs - they were all exceptionally friendly. They always greeting us with a smile and offering helpful service throughout our stay. One area for improvement would be the breakfast at STREATS. While the spread was decent, there were limited vegetarian options and not many seafood choices. A wider variety would definitely enhance the dining experience.

Situated in Boracay, 400 metres from D'Mall and 600 metres from Boracay White Beach, Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites boasts a rooftop pool bar along with an outdoor swimming pool, an on-site restaurant... It is so central and such a quiet little lane.. a few minutes walk to the beach. And the Staff was the best part of our stay.. Dannika, Mark, Carlos, oh I wish I could remember everyone’s names.. all you girls gave us a beautiful greeting every time we walked in and out.. smiles.. Thank you for being so lovely to us . We’ve stayed here twice whilst passing through Cebu City , it’s a new , great hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us on both our visits, very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is a great bonus. And we used the gym and pool which is included in the price. The beds comfy and big. Wifis great. Secure hotel. Everything you need. Great hotel.
