「We booked again and again during our stay in Santo Antao (we hiked quite a lot and we could not always be in Porto Novo). This is the best hotel we had over 2 weeks in Cabo Verde: clean, nice, with nice services and good internet. The beds were awesomely comfortable: I had great nights of sleep! The bathroom was perfect and the water had always a good pressure and good temperature. The breakfast was also very nice, with very many choices. For the people who say that the staff did not speak other languages, I can say that only one person was able to speak french (beside Portuguese and Criollo) ... and this is a bit funny for a four stars hotel....however I would like to remind you that it's you traveling to another country so it's you that should be able to interact. And keep in mind where you are: you are in a country that is struggling to develop! So try to be patient (people are so kind in here!) and everything will be understood and fixed. Just close bye you will find nice restaurants. A great tip: a grill place a few steps away going toward the center, on your right: they have a nice grill and food was awesome! Two nice cats can visit you at the pool: I loved them, they were so sweet and beautiful!」

「The location is perfect, only 16 min away from the city or 10 min by bicycle, which you can rent at the property. The location is ideal for walks along the beach and there is a great Italian restaurant just minutes away. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The island is phenomenal. The top of the trip.
