「I stayed at the Galaxy because a friend recommend it. I am very pleased with my stay here; the staff is really kind and they would do anything to make you feel safe and comfortable. Ahmed, Karim and Mahmoud are always willing to fulfill their customer's needs, to the point where you feel almost at home. The hotel is located on a very tall building and it's pretty much a huge apartment turned into a hotel. The location is great and some of the rooms have amazing views of the city. Their breakfast is typical Egyptian food and is delicious. There's wifi and the fridges on the room have soft drinks, water and snacks that you can buy. The staff at the hotel can arrange for drivers to take you on tours to the pyramids and other places, as well as arrange for someone to pick you up or drop you off at the airport which is a plus. I would definitely return to their hotel if I visit Cairo again and I recommend it if you are on a budget and want something clean, nice and cheap.」

The owner is an extremely friendly person, helpful, flexible (I came at 3.00 h in the morning and he was there), and very experienced. The flat has room for at least 4 persons (2 separate bedrooms), the bathroom is very spacy, toilet is extra, the kitchen is fully equipped. I could recommend this flat for family and business stay. You can reach the flat easily by taxi. My recommendation is take Uber - I usually don´t like it so much, but the taxi-drivers in Cairo are cheating Europeans like hell. Uber is safe and very reasonable. From the airport it is less than 30 Minutes, and also to the city center not more than 30 minutes by taxi.」

「The color scheme of the interior and art murals on the wall lent the apartment a cozy feel. The apartment is situated on the ground floor removing the trouble of having to climb stairs/use an elevator. We found the location ideally convenient, as it was isolated from busy streets yet still within proximity of a bus stop, the bus route taking you to a nearby costa coffee, metro supermarket, kfc, and currency exchange. The apartment is also less than a ten minute drive from city stars, and is within walking distance to a mosque. The apartment was appropriately priced considering the offered amenties. Alongside the mentioned amenities, we were provided laundry detergent, wardrobe with hangers, towels, a microwave, a kettle, and filtered water. The host Mahmoud was extremely friendly and helpful. He was kind enough to pick my brother up from the airport, and he had also accompanied us to buy train tickets at Ramses station, proving he was someone you could rely on if you needed anything. We would highly recommend this apartment as we had no complaints during our stay.」
