Even before arrival, Yvonne and her husband Abdelrahim help you out with anything you may need, from transport, how to get there, how to organize your stay in Luxor, etc. Their courtesy and kindness is incredible. Any doubt or issue you may have, they are going to solve for you. I consider myself a consumate traveller and I can say that this is the best treatment I have ever received. 「I think they tried everything to make me happy. I have got not just breakfast, dinner also. (without any fee) I thought i should have payed more, but they asked the money beforehand, that's why i just didn't add any plus.(at checkout time i considered to pay the extra) It's on the west bank, not on the east bank!!! Put the address to google map, although in Luxor case if you simply have and organised east-west bank minibus tour. (which takes 11 hours) and a balloon, which is organised at westbank, i don't see any benefit to live in eastern side, ferry takes max. 30 min. (as they are waiting it to be full, and cost 1 egp, but i have got back change at 8 o'clock from eas side. so it was 25 piaster.) I initially was going to spend a day inside Luxor after that, but when i saw the city, my feeling was the tour before covered the major attractions, and nothing else was worth seeing. (city was dirty etc., Aswan was better) From the hotel, if you go to the roof (about 50\100 square meter) you have a half panorama to the Nile and Luxor - unlucky an another building is at the corner. and you have full panorama to the valley of kings etc. I would have liked to choose west bank, and it's shown wrongly on the bookings.com map, but the thing is it was far better experience than live in the loud city. You are getting to the Luxor temple at night anyway by minibus tour so you see the lights. English is good there at least in the wife's case, there is no staff, nothing like that) The room is like an apartment, i don't remember that i have booked any size like this by far (i have 20-25 bookings already). (it was like a smaller aerobic room size hall) Everything was very clean, just they forget some shampoo to make it 3 stars like, although it is not a hotel. Surrounding area is a palm three plant, quite and enchanting.」
