Fantastic breakfast in a stylish restaurant on the ground floor — we also had dinner there and really enjoyed both the food and the service. The friendly ladies at the front desk helped us book a dinner reservation and gave great tips on places to visit. Rooms are small but super stylish, incredibly clean, and we loved the tea selection in the room. Location is also very convenient.

Right outside train station, great location, beautiful hotel and amazing buffet breakfast. Bathroom was huge and great tub. Complimentary amenities were top tier. Lots of restaurants and shops within 5 minutes of the hotel gorgeous, spacious rooms with lovely amenities. Staff was exceptionally helpful and held bags before and after visit, went above and beyond to help with organizing taxi rides. Close to shopping and easy to get anywhere in Tokyo from main station across the street.

The room is extremely spacious. We travel as a family of 3. We have a bed each and plenty of space to open our luggages. Location is top notch, just a few steps away from Kanda Metro Ginza Line exit 5. Service and flexibility are highly commendable. We have never experienced late check-out given by any accommodation in Tokyo, but Here.Tokyo went above and beyond and allowed my husband to shower and check out after his marathon run before we headed to the airport. The only setback about this place is that there is no lift. Hence, if you have mobility concerns, this is not the right accommodation for you.

The room was really quiet, the only one on our floor, with a surprising amount of room for a Japanese hotel. The split bunk/mezzanine single beds plus the kitchenette make it ideal for friends or family travelling together. The area around the hotel is quiet for how close to Akihabara it is with easy access to different metro lines and not far to the Skyliner. The reception is simple but great - friendly staff and we could leave our bags after check out.
