The hotel was clean and the customer service was excellent. The views were also incredible from the 35th floor: The reception organised our luggage delivery to the next stop without any issue the morning of checkout (I would leave an extra 10-15 mins for this process). The location was fantastic as it was right in the nightlife district and despite being the red light district at no point did we feel unsafe or uncomfortable however we were travelling as a couple. The main Shinjuku station (where you can catch JR trains) is about a 10 min walk but you can access this from the subway underground that is 5 mins away from the hotel.

Offering a spa centre, Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand is set in Tokyo in the Tokyo Prefecture Region, 1.5 km from Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. All the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast, snacks and so on on the Club Floor were all very good. Our room was kept immaculate by the housekeeping staff.

The host was super kind and attentive. He gave us warm towels for the rain and had our room ready before the check in time. The property is very cool, the bathroom was amazing.

The location is perfect, couple of minutes walk to the heart of Shinjuku as well as pick up point for most tours, yet tucked away from the craziness so you get a quite night's sleep. The accommodation itself is modern, well equipped and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were super comfortable, the balcony was a plus, and having your own washing machine is great. The check-in staff were very helpful and accommodating, so thank you to the team!

Good new place on a quiet street. Well equipped and the room is good size for Tokyo. It is self-check in and you receive the information well in advance. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to a few lines of the metro/ Jr withing 5-10 min, plenty of shops/ places to eat just around the corner. Good value for money. 10-15 min walk to Kabukicho and the night life but still out of the noise. Very detailed instructions with pictures on how to reach the place from the nearest stations.
