They coordinated and accomodated our need for an early checkin. Communication is exceptional. This is a lovely well situated apartment in the heart of Cannobio. We did self checkin from a received video, which helped guide us through the necessary steps upon arrival. They greeted us before we departed from our short stay and their sincere warmth made us wish we could stay a bit longer and share a bit of time with them. The apartment is impeccably clean, thoughtfully/masterfully laid out and supplied with all you require in a beautiful compact space with solid fixtures and just super well appointed. We used the refrigerator to store some cheese we were transporting. There were two sparkling waters in the refrigerator provided gratis, which hit the spot upon arrival. There was coffee capsules for espresso, as well as a variety of teas. The place is compact, yet feels spacious. I could imagine staying here on business or on leisure. The hosts recommended some places to eat and we felt if we had the need that they were always there for us. Understated, yet classic Italian warmth and hospitality. Modern ammenities in a historic Cannobio building with a shared and gated/enclosed courtyard area for those that want to take in the nearby outdoors in nice weather. Highly recommended for so very many reasons! Book with confidence and stay in beautiful Cannobio longer than we did. Among the very best in its class! Enjoy!!!

It is just the perfect place to relax and spend your vacation at the Lago Maggiore. You stay in a beautiful and luxury villa. The whole area and the house are very well maintained and clean. The room and the bathroom are spacious and equipped with everything you need. At night, it was so dark and quiet in the room, that I had the best sleep of my holidays. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough. The pool is big enough to swim and also very clean. The floating couch is so comfortable, I could have spent my whole vacation on it. There are many interesting things to visit around, all main attractions of the area are nearby, but you need a car. The owners are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. They make you feel like home immediately. I hope to come back one day. Mille Grazie!

Everything is just wonderful in this lovely house. It's super cozy, clean and bright. Location is more than perfect just across the lake and the ferry stop and 5 mins from city center as well. The hosts are amazing, very welcoming and helpful! The house is beautiful and we really loved the village of Cossogno. Recommended for sure. The room was tidy and nice with an own balcony, and we slept like babies in the bed. Cossogno is really cute with old stone houses. There's a nice path through the village on tiny alleys to see the Roman bridge and stream. You can walk other way via crucis above the village. There's a nice local restaurant 100m away and the hosts can make a reservation for you. Tip: you don't have to order antipasto, primo and secondo, we were really stuffed after 2,5 dishes and couldn't finish everything.
