A unique stay in the area. The house decor and atmosphere was a lovely space to be for a few days. We also received a free day pass to the little local ski field just behind the house which we really enjoyed. The additional touches left by the host were great too - local jam, apple juice, face masks and coffee.

I experienced a memento mori. Each generation grows with the daily reflection knowing one day it will be their turn to be venerated. Plus it snowed perfectly on time. A grand country home. Perfect for entertaining. Enormous library and teapot collection. My favourite thing was the “ persimmon pickers” at the door. And the persimmon were delicious.
