When I first walked into Warthon I thought WOW - the place is beautiful. It is by far the most thoughtfully designed hostel I’ve ever stayed at - the attention to little details is incredible. The hostel is impeccably clean and has extremely comfortable beds; it felt more like a boutique hotel. Since the owners are running the place, it has a very homely vibe. Marcos and Sergio are the nicest people you will ever meet, super friendly, always smiling, and forever willing to help you plan your trip. San Martin is a beautiful place, but what I’ll remember most about my time here is hanging out with Marcos and Sergio!

Lovely Heated room with a Cathedral ceiling and a good Sites bathroom with lots of hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was coffee, warmed buns, crossiants, and jam- corn flakes if you wanted.

Featuring a fully equipped common kitchen and panoramic mountain views, this guest house is located 200 metres from Lacar lake and beach and 20 km from Chapelco ski centre. The place is super calm and close to the city center. There is a very nice garden. We had to leave very early the next day (5 am) and they allowed us to put the key in the letterbox, very nice.
