White House Apartments is just 100 metres from one of the very best snorlelling beaches on the island. It is also close to all the local amenities while remaining on a tranquil street with lots of open space. You can spend the day by the pool, on the beach or jump in a car (or bus!) and explore the island with ease.
We moved to Rarotonga in 2015 after purchasing the Coral Sands Apartments in Arorangi. We knew the White House Apartments well and when the opportunity came up we grabbed it and have been living on site and running the White House since July 2016.
Our aim is to offer clean, comfortable, well-priced accommodation and to make the White House Apartments the perfect place for families, couples or groups to spend a holiday in this island paradise. We also enjoy sharing the experiences we have had in the time since we have called Rarotonga home.

The main highlight of our area is the fact that we are so close to one of the nicest beaches on the island. It is fantastic for swimming and snorkelling (which is not the case everywhere in Rarotonga), and is a great spot to watch the sunset. We also have a great dive centre (Adventure Cook Islands) at the end of the road for any scuba enthusiasts. The Rarotongan Resort is a short walk around the corner as is Polynesian Car Hire.
