Our corner-apartment has two bedrooms, and each with its own spacious bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a spacious closet with a safe. Both bedrooms are equipped with an air conditioning unit. A separate guest toilet is present, as well as an iron and ironing board. The open fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave / oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee / Nespresso and a kettle. The entire apartment is air conditioned and has wifi. Electricity is 220 volts. The living room has a dining and seating area with flat screen TV and 50 channels. There is ample parking next to the apartment and you can either take the stairs or the elevator to 2nd floor.
Hi! I am Ana, one of the new owners of apt 40 (since July 2022). My family and I fell in love with Curacao more with each time that we've visited the island, and decided to purchase something we can call our own. We chose Blue Bay due to it's fantastic location, as we find it is so central and within a close proximity to the airport, downtown, grocery stores, etc. Although we are not physically located on the island as we reside in Canada, we have a property manager team who greets and looks after all of our guests. Whenever we are not on the island, we are happy to share our home-away-from-home with all of our wonderful guests! :)
Resort Facilities: Blue Bay Resort is a gated Golf and Beach Resort with 24h security. It is child friendly and very safe. Our guests have full access to all Blue Bay facilities, including the tropical palm beach with sun beds, cozy beach bar, shower/toilet / dressing space, palapas, beach store, snorkeling trips, as well as fishing. Guests receive a discount. Blue Bay Fit in the Gym at the mansion is for yoga and fitness enthusiasts. There are great lessons from boot camp, body fit etc to yoga. In addition there are two tennis courts, hiking and jogging trails within the resort Grocery, Pharmacy, ATM, Shopping Mall A large supermarket 'Centrum or Carrefour, a laundry, pharmacy, medical clinic, ATM and the newewst Sambil Shopping Mall are just a 5 minute drive from the resort facilities. The Azzuro restaurant offers full breakfast, lunch and dinner and in the evening you may enjoy the sunset at the Sunset Grill bar or have dinner at Lemon Grass, asian food bistro. Furthermore there are pools for guests, 3 restaurants, bars, a diving center, golf course, tennis and a gym.
