One of a kind, amazing 2-bedroom 100SQM vacation home. First row in Sea View 3, this home provides stunning views & tremendous PEACE felt immediately as you walk in!
Small market "Sunset" located inside the compound (Delivery ok).. Dreams market is a 5 minute drive away; Seoudi Market is a 10 minute drive away at Porto South Beach. Sea Food restaurant (Delivery ok) and Pharmacy (Delivery ok) both less than 5km drive.
** Important Notes:
1. There is resort entry fee of 50EGP per adult per day which guests should pay directly to resort staff at the gate (First day fees when coming and balance when leaving)
2. Towels, pillow covers & bed sheets are not provided for hygiene safety purposes. If required they can be provided for a one-time cash payment fee (please inquire after booking)
3. Egyptians: As per Egyptian authorities regulations, No mixed groups/unmarried couples
4. Please send ID's of guests once u book and minimum 24hrs prior to arriving as requested by management of compound
5. Beach shoes are required, and are usually sold at the resort super market
6. Security cameras are placed outside of the house for your safety but can be covered during your stay

Very nice and peaceful resort, supermarket providing all essentials and a nice beach cafe-restaurant inside the resort.. Other bigger super markets, restaurants and a pharmacy ~5KM away..
