Antes de devolver las llaves, asegúrese que el apartamento está en las mismas condiciones en las que lo encontró: Ningún objeto roto o dañado, estancias limpias, ropa recogida, menaje de cocina lavado y sin basura alguna (ésta deberá haber sido depositada en los contenedores de la calle). El incumplimiento de estas normas dará lugar a la retención del importe de la fianza.
