Smithy Bungalow is newly built and furnished in central Buxton, with its own free private parking space. Check in 3PM, check out 12PM. The bungalow is designed for 2 but can sleep 4 people in total; the master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite and the lounge features a double sofa bed with a toilet and sink in the utility room serving the lounge. Bed linen, towels, cooking utensils plus some basic cleaning and cooking condiments provided but no toiletries for environmental reasons. Dogs are welcome; we just ask that guests keep them off the beds and sofas.

Not only is the town a doorway to the dramatic outdoors of the Peak District, it bubbles with a hive of cultural activity, with all the hallmarks of a classic European spa town: opera, art, architecture, parks, Pump Room, Pavilion and panoramic views. With so much to see and do, mixed with a spa break at the luxurious Buxton Crescent, with its expert ancient and modern spa experiences, the town is a popular tourist destination. Buxton has regular bus routes and a train station.
