Apartments "Costa Rica" are situated beneath the main road of Orebic, surrounded by olive trees and greens, in the peaceful part of the village. The apartment house is situated 100 m from the sea. We offer 10 modern fully equipped apartments.
Hello, I am Marko Mlinarić and I come from Zagreb, Croatia. I currently rent 1 apartment house in Orebić (Apartments Costa Rica Orebic, 9 apartments).
If you are courious why the name "Costa Rica", that's because my elders moved to Costa Rica from Croatia during the 2nd World War.
Among the tourist bussines, I also work as a civil engineer and I have my own company.
Fluently I speak Croatian and English, and I am beginner with German and Spanish.
I have been in most of Europe , USA, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic. My wishes are to travel in Thailand, Maldivi and China. :))
Beneath our apartments (100 m) there is a stone beach surrounded with pines and 2 restourants (excellent fish restourant "Karaka"). Also we are 300 m far away from the city center (navy museum, old stone houses, ferry ect). The shop is 100 meters away from our apartments.
Directly above our house (on the main road), 100 m away, there is a travel agency that provides taxi services, rental services etc.
