This home is beautifully presented throughout with stylish decoration. This bright and spacious home has all the ingredients for quality living. It offers an abundance of space with 4 bedrooms, 3 large, 2 with en-suite bedrooms and large spacious family sitting room.
Externally there is ample room for parking. The front, side and back gardens are lawned and are enclosed by an attractive limestone masonry boundary wall with outdoor lighting
The climate of Ireland is mild, moist and changeable with abundant rainfall and a lack of temperature extremes, it is not always possible to provide conditions you may have in your home country. I offer a daily fair usage policy on Electricity and Heating, charges will apply when this is exceeded.
