Very bright and Quiet apartment located in the main street of Elce, semi-center district of Perugia, less than a Km from the Sant'Angelo Temple and the Medieval Aqueduct. - 15 minutes walk from the main attractions of the Center of Perugia - Quiet and equipped with every comfort, Air Conditioning, Parking and Wi-Fi - Spacious, bright and tastefully furnished The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room with a double sofa bed and a large terrace with a view of Perugia's Old Town and the Umbrian hills, where you can enjoy a good coffee.
I am Martina and I would like to welcome everyone to my Homes. I love being able to always meet new people with different cultures and countries of origin, continuing to grow and compare even in carefree moments like those of a stay in our City. For anything, please do not hesitate to contact me. I'm available for any needs and will keep in touch by text or call depending on each guest's preference.
The neighborhood is part of the University area of the Center of Perugia. Because of this you will be within walking distance of all major services such as Public Transportation Stops, Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Tobacconists, Grocery Stores, Shops of all kinds, etc.. In 1km on foot you can reach the Historic Center, starting from the Temple of Porta Sant'Angelo or the Medieval Aqueduct of Perugia that, once traveled, will take you directly to Piazza IV Novembre in front of the Maggiore Fountain of Perugia.
