Vacation is done right at this highly desirable Banyan Estates home! On-site highlights include a spectacular, two-and-a-half-acre waterside escape that features an unprecedented array of water facilities from swimming pools, spas, a lazy river, a swim-up pool bar, and private cabanas. Within walking distance of your stay, have your feet in the sand, or enjoy excellent shopping opportunities at Barefoot Landing.
Meticulously decorated for a comfortable stay, the interior of Barefoot Livin' boasts an open layout - cooled by central air. The living room's sofas, including a brand-new sectional for additional seating, and a large smart TV lend themselves to cozy movie viewings. When hunger strikes, the fully equipped chef's kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
A restful haven for the primary guests, the main bedroom boasts a large en suite bathroom complete with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The additional three bedrooms are just as inviting, all adorned with high-quality linens, ceiling fans, and personal TVs. The interior perks don't end there though! Also inside, discover a separate laundry room and children's games.
Outside, the covered patio offers a quintessential space to enjoy the sun and each other's company. An outdoor kitchen space is available here for sweet summer cookouts.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
**Between Memorial and Labor Days, no guest parking at the Towers is permitted. Guests must park at the House. There is continuous shuttle service throughout the Resort neighborhoods to ensure guests can be picked up and taken to the Towers/pool/beach. No need to call the front desk - just stand outside until a shuttle arrives.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
