We live just 15 minutes away from our properties and do everything we can to ensure our guests have the best experience possible! Just a quick note about ourselves, we are both Realtors here in the Myrtle Beach area with eXp Realty. We have renovated 3 direct ocean front condos since 2013 and love to share them with our renters! We have a son named Hudson who we adore. He has helped up through the process of purchasing and renovating our last 2 properties, and he is very opinionated with a very specific vision of how they should be. Besides selling, renovating and renting real estate - we love to travel as a family! Great room w/wood beams, chandelier & comfy sofa. 2 bedroom suites w/on suite baths, feature walls and large TVs. Washer/Dryer in unit. Amenities: tiki bar, lazy river, multiple pools, hot tubs, indoor pool. This is by far one of the nicest places to call your home away from home at the beach! REALTOR OWNERS.
