Kaka Retreat Motel on beautiful Stewart Island was wonderful to stay in, lovely, clean, roomy, comfortable, warm, central accommodation that was very welcoming and helpful. Great place to base oneself before & after Rakiura Track tramp. Rooms are clean as are the bathrooms, lots of towels available at the showers. Food was delicious especially the local Blue Cod. Would stay there again.
