Very convenient for trekking to Skageflå – they offer a motorboat taxi to the trail entrance, which makes things easy. The trek back to Solhaug Camping is filled with stunning views and gives you a unique perspective of the fjord and waterfalls. The owners are very welcoming, helpful, and have great energy. Showers and shared bathrooms are extremely clean (leaving shoes outside and using the provided crocs inside is a great idea and makes it comfortable for everyone). We’ll definitely be back!

We loved the prime location of Fjorden Campinghytter, situated just outside the main town center of Geiranger. This offered a peaceful escape from the tourist bustle while providing spectacular views over the fjord. Our room was comfortable, featuring comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The shared toilets and bathrooms were also just a short walk away. The property allowed for an easy 30-minute walk into town, and its proximity to great places of interest like Geiranger Skywalk, Geiranger Rock Viewpoint, and impressive waterfalls was a huge bonus. We particularly enjoyed opting for the car ferry out of Geiranger, which conveniently doubled as a scenic tour along the fjord.

Overlooking the Geiranger Fjord where the Eagle Road begins, this holiday park is 2 km from Geiranger Ferry Terminal. Incredible location at right side of Geirangerfjord. There was a nice deck outside with a table and chairs. The cabin was very well equipped with all facilities you need for a comfortable stay, clean and new, helpful staff.

Fabulous location with a beautiful view of the fjord. Very clean and modern cabin. Comfortable beds and functional layout. Great porch to sit on and enjoy a morning coffee or meal. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

The owner was very helpful and the accommodations were clean and provided anything we were in need. It is a cabin, quiet, calm and a view for the fiord and mountains.
