Everything especially the front desk staff,waitstaff and security team. Khadijah,saruba and Alisa were so professional and diligent when making sure every visitor is checked on their business in being there. They make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. Also the waitstaff person Ellen who always pays special attention to detail. That makes guests feel at home. She's a true professional at what she does every day. Please give all your staff a bonus because they work hard and dedicated everyday.

Many thanks to Abdullah, Bebe, Muhammad the security man, Malang, Mbassi and the energetic girls cleaning the rooms and hotel. Amazing customer service, staff were very pleasant. Location was wonderful. We enjoyed the design of the rooms and the facilities, wifi was excellent. The rooms had a very relaxing feel to them. Staff were very accommodating to everything we asked. Clean, comfortable, and cosy.

The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and responsive, which adds greatly to the overall experience. The food is enjoyable, and the facilities meet expectations. Everything was great, aside from some minor signs of wear and tear.
