Our stay at ZenTheHotel was nothing short of magical. From the spotless rooms with breathtaking views to the warm, incredibly helpful staff, everything felt perfect. The rooftop was the highlight—sipping champagne while watching the island unfold beneath us was unforgettable. With two amazing beaches nearby—one teeming with sea turtles for snorkeling, the other perfect for swimming—this location couldn’t be better. You can feel the love and care put into this place by its wonderful owners. If you’re looking for a special getaway on Grace Bay, this is it. We’ll be back for sure!

The property is very short walk to the beach and they have the designated umbrella and chairs for the guests. The pool is clean. Room has its own kitchen with complete appliances. Plate, cups and all utensils provided. Washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus. Bed is comfortable and clean w/ enough pillows. Me and my husband can’t wait to go back, hoping we can get a discount! Lol :)

Each room looks inviting as depicted in the pictures. We love all of the glass throughout the property along with the manicured landscaping. Alessandro and Vince were very hospitable and some of the nicest people who took care of our needs which made for a pleasant vacation. The pool was nice along with the rooftop. The villa was pretty private but allowed for access to the beach. There were a couple of hiccups but Alessandro was quick to address the problems. We utilized the recommended chef and the food was very delicious. We would definitely come back to visit again.

We had a villa with chalk sound view and a small swimming pool also with chalk sound view. Every morning we used the sea kayaks which were free for guests. Nice restaurant with great view - price is average for the islands but the portions were fair and quality of food good. Older interior but it was clean and super cute - had a nice island vibe to it compared to a minimalistic hotel. Had a washing machine and dryer - and fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer. I would recommend a rental car to get around - but it’s two minutes from the beach where two locals have beach bars. Even the property has a small private beach on the chalk sounds with comfy beach chairs Close to supermarket and also Omar’s restaurant on another beach to the south. Nice and clean !
