No oven for cooking facilities, even though there is a BBQ area on the roof which is great for sunny days not so much in heavy rain.

It was described as an ocean view apartment when the view was from a rear room, not the street precinct. A room with Landmark at the rear of the building is only a few balconies back at much less cost. Feel like we were tricked.

Location of the the property is within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Once you park your vehicle there is no need to use it from thereon. Visitor facilities are very good.

We thought this was a regular unit in Landmark Resort where we always stay. We didn’t realise it was a private rental. The unit was quite tired and had a terrible view. Initially the wifi didn’t work, but the owner was able to help. The aircon didn’t work and neither did the bedroom fan.

Ocean view very limited. No hanging/wardrobe space and the minute little there was cluttered with the ironing board/broom/vacuum cleaner/mop. Lounge was uncomfortable as was the bed. Being advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment it was disappointing as it felt more like a studio with an open bedroom to the side.

Grat location near dining facilities bars and close proximity to surf club.

Aircon was broken, was told before check in and was told it would try to be fixed. No further communication Very hot apartment and made for an uncomfortable sleep. Bed was also quite uncomfortable and dipped into the middle.

We were disappointed by the size of the unit. Very very small. A sea view was advertised but was just a peak at the sea from behind other buildings. No table or chairs to eat at. Just one old couch to sit on - very uncomfortable. No where to put your case or baggage (for 2 people).
