We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location was stunning, food was great and staff really made the experience. Roger and the team made us feel welcome and the nightwalk through the zoo was awesome. You got to see animals out and about that normally sleep during the day. You could hear the animals during the night made it a real must do experience.

Wonderful! Safari tents were very clean, comfortable and the view was amazing! The guided tours were better than expected, staff were exceptional and we learnt so much! The behind the scenes was a standout! Food was fantastic for both dinner and breakfast with great variety and was delicious. AustraliaThis was a beautiful experience for my son's 5th birthday. He has autism and us not a typical 5 year old, but he loves animals. The staff had a birthday badge and a card for him and were so friendly, warm and welcoming. My daughter of course had many inquisitive questions she asked, and they were all answered with patience and gusto. We all had so much fun participating in the activities and the fun experience of glamping. What a fabulous view to wake up to.

A unique experience. Zoo staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the walking tours around the zoo were really interesting. Food (dinner and breakfast) were plentiful and tasty. The beds were fairly comfortable, and the tents worked well. The bathrooms were clean and functional. Good for families as well as couples.

AustraliaA few more choices for the diet impaired who have food allergies and intolerances would be great. Having said that, I was able to eat at both dinner and breakfast which was included in our package, there just wasn't much variety for me. The sparkling, white wine and red wines were lovely though, as was the tea service before bed.
The staff, meals, facility, views and beautiful animals were what made this trip exceptional for us. Hand feeding giraffes in the morning before Taronga opens to the public was something I will never forget, its not always available, but it was to us at our stay! I don't enjoy good health so would never be able to travel to a game park in Africa which was my dream once upon a time so I was really looking forward to this experience and it did not disappoint. The knowledge about the animals that the staff know is exceptional and the animals respond to them personally which was amazing to see. The meals and facilities are exceptional, clean, tidy, central and the views are so amazing. Laying in bed after the after dinner night tour and seeing the Harbour Bridge and Opera House lit up was just breathtaking.
