I washed the apartment floors several times during our stay as one of the grandchildren wasn't walking as yet. I couldn't believe how dirty these were and the colour difference by the end of our stay was very noticeable. Apart from this, the apartment was very spacious, well appointed and had everything a family would need for a relaxing stay.

Location to the esplanade and shops, restaurants, supermarket was great. Most things were within easy walking distance. Grandchildren loved the parks across the street and the easy access to the beach. Visited the aquarium and did the Aquaduck tour - both highlights for our little ones! Reception staff were helpful and friendly, free on-site parking was a bonus, facility was safe and secure and the apartment was as advertised

Only supplied with one garbage bag for 4 days, understand if staying a week that you purchase your own. 2 placed in the bin under bag in situ would be great.

Our only critique, Apt pretty 'tired appearance '. Beautiful days cool evenings. We did consider using bed blankets...but, we didn't... Perhaps Bed Blankets could do with a good wash. We didn't use. Overall we thought a bit over priced . But we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous location. Cafes. Beach. Surf Club walking distance. Reception staff excellent. Parking great. Roomy Apt for family of 4 adults & 2 babies Beautiful views. Kitchen & Laundry Starter Packs very helpful 👌

Very old apartment - certainly needs updating and cleaning left a lot to be desired - cutlery all dirty had to wash before using - in main bedroom I admired the bedside table and wanted to see what brand it was - when I turned unit around the mould at the back of the unit was absolutely disgusting looks like a cup of coffee or tea with milk had been split all over the back of the bedside table - not impressed also the bathroom very old - grouting needs attention - rusting in laundry not the best view needs attention - the walk in wardrobe very outdated - a very tired old apartment with a fabulous view - did the trick for us thank you.

Our first time staying In Mooloolaba and the Seaview was the perfect place to stay. The location was amazing, the apartment we had was clean and beautiful presented.

One window a wee bit faulty, needed a new screw to close properly. This let a wee bit of road noise in but not a biggie.

After hours booking was easy - we received email instructions. The location and view were excellent. A five minute walk to numerous shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the unit was fully equipped for all your needs. Car Park located under the building with elevator access

Leaving

Location to everything restaurants, beach, activities,public transport. I had a friend and her granddaughter visit from nz so my granddaughter and I took them up to mooloolaba away from the city. We stayed on the ground floor at Seaview resort and it was perfect for us.

The en-suite bathroom was a little small, which made it a little hard keep it dry as water splashed out…. A minor inconvenience.

A well set up apartment for a family stay. Location was good, close to the beach and a short work to restaurants. Nice living area and good balcony. The first floor location overlooked the pool with a nice table to sit at on the balcony. a well set up kitchen and have a Washibg machine and drier was bonus.

It was not pleasant walking into a freezing unit on arrival. There was no manual for the AC so I had to Google it to discover what the different symbols meant.

Perfect location- an easy 5 mi Ute walk to shops and cafes, an awesome view and the apartment living area was very spacious.
