The location is fabulous and the Breakfast was great! Lovely staff and nice and quiet surroundings. Great spot to an access ferries and public transport and lots of choice of restaurants in the area.

A beautiful hotel near Military Road in Mosman. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, clean, with every amenity you need. A la carte breakfast is very tasty.

The staff were polite and helpful. The room had a lift - so no stairs. The room was squeaky clean. The bed was comfortable. The bedlinen was soft and luxurious. The shower was good with lovely toiletries. The location was central. There would have been dining room etc but it was very cold so we walked 100m up the road to the Mosman Hotel which had a great $19 steak special. Good stuff!

Room size and the sliding door needed a little repair

Location was good, close to where we needed to be. Staff were excellent. So friendly. Only issue was the room size but was quite comfortable. Parking onsite was great

Room was nothing like what I expected

The room was nice, but not what I expected. The photos where of the lovely blue room as pictured above, which was why I booked. I also did not expect to be on the very bottom level. It felt like a basement.

Shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash were all that was offered, which were very nice and relaxing especially in their wonderful baths, however, no tissues, or any extra bathroom toiletries were offered.

We had a wonderful experience at the Albert Hotel Mosman. The rooms were absolutely beautiful - stylish, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making it easy for our family and bridal party to prepare for my daughter's wedding. A special thank you to all the staff, as they went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed for the day before and the day of the wedding. Their warmth, flexibility and attention to detail made such a difference during a very special (and busy) time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a charming and supportive stay in Mosman

Although we had the cheaper room for over $300 a night it is far too small We stay there on many occasions & find it very disappointing we are never upgraded

No lounge or comfortable place to relax. Outdoor terrace wasnt set up with cushions even when it was fine - so not very welcoming

The room was very small and quite dark as it was on a lower level and at the rear of the property. The hotel was very quiet, and it would have been fabulous to have been offered an upgrade. The bathroom needed a little more space around the basin to put our toiletries, vanity bags etc and it would have been great to have an empty drawer to be able to unpack our clothes. All in all though, really small issues as it is a very convenient place to stay.

The hotel is in a very good and convenient location. It’s really close to Military Road and all the shops, restaurants are a very short walk away. The hotel is very clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. All communication was really good. The bed was comfortable and all facilities very clean. Lovely shower and bathroom products.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bed was so comfortable and I really enjoyed the bathtub in my room. Staff were friendly and helpful and the boutique feel was wonderful.
