The apartment was very nice, new and clean. There was everything that we needed. The location is very good also, its very close to the center. Patra is the most amazing host we have ever had. She was very kind and helped with anything that we needed. She suggested places to visit, taverns, even a very nice taxi driver for our stay there. She also had left us souvenirs and small sweets for a welcome and goodbye. If you are thinking about going to Ayia Napa, book your stay here you will not regret it.🥰

The place is great! Located in quiet area, far from crowds and parties, close to ones of the best taverns in town. Studio is extremely clean and well-kept with everything that you need. Patra is very, very kind, nice and helpful!

The apartments are spotless really clean and modern ! They are in a quiet location but in walking distance to the centre only 5mins and lots of supermarkets nearby.Patra the lady who owns the apartments was one of most loveliest person you could meet , she recommended places to eat and even baked me and my daughter some cake couldn't done enough! Everything was perfect just need more space .. Throughout our stay, Patra checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was always just a message away. She met us with such kindness and sincerity — truly, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. On our final day, she surprised us again with small fridge magnets as parting gifts — a lovely and thoughtful gesture that made us both smile. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and completely cared for. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. If you're planning a trip to Ayia Napa, we wholeheartedly recommend Chico Apartments. An Unforgettable Stay at Chico Apartments My brother and I had the pleasure of staying at Chico Apartments during our holiday in Cyprus — and I can confidently say we’ve never experienced such outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Patra, our host, made us feel not just welcome, but truly cared for. She is an extraordinary person with a genuinely warm heart, and her dedication to her guests goes above and beyond anything we've ever encountered. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful — spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and clearly cared for with love. The description mentioned a fully equipped kitchen, and it absolutely delivered. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals comfortably, which was such a pleasant surprise. In the past, we’ve stayed in places where “fully equipped” meant the bare minimum, but here, we didn’t have to second-guess a thing. On arrival, we were greeted with thoughtful little touches — sweet treats laid out on the table and two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge. After a long journey in the heat, this small gesture made a big difference. It’s details like these that set Chico Apartments — and Patra — apart. Every third day, we received room service, and the apartment was refreshed and cleaned beautifully. Each time, there was another little surprise waiting for us on the table — a treat that brought smiles to our faces after long days of exploring. One day, we even found a slice of Patra’s homemade cake in the fridge — and it was absolutely delicious. We had a great stay at Patra's place. She is very kind. The apartment is nice, very clean and has everything you need for stay. Location is also very good. Near bus stop, near everything but enough far from louder part of Ayia Napa.

Chicos Studios is a very cozy apartment in a quiet Aiya Napa neighborhood. It is 5 minutes walk from central square. At this square is bus stop for all the city amd intercity lines. Patra was very welcoming host. She has answered at all my questions and gave us very helpfull advices regarding were to eat and what to visit. The apartment is cleand every three days and she always left us sweets in the fridge.

Very helpful and friendly host. The studio was lovely and comfortable, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It's situated in a local area, not a touristy one, and very close to a well-equipped supermarket.

The stay was exceptional, Petra is a very good host, always ready to help. The apartments are close to the city center, a ten-minute walk away, where there are bars and shops, but the loud music does not affect the rest at night. A parking place for a car is also available

In Ayia Napa generally it is not always easy to climb up the steep streets, heat is horrible, you need AC all night, beds are ok but not more than ok

The host is totally devoted, change bedclothes and towels and clean each 3 days (2 in our case), there is smart tv with netfix and youtube, terrace, AC, all kitchen equipment, private bathroom and toilet, it is some 5 or 7 minutes by feet to Monastery and main roundabout.

We had a perfect stay at this apartment! Near the centre but far anough so it’s not so noisy, we could sleep well. The hosts are very nice friendly and welcoming. You can ask anytime about anything, they will help you and take care. We recommend this studio and would like to visit again

All was perfect

The appartment was very close to the centre, shops, bus stop and a walking distance of 10 mins to the beach. It was in a quiet street so you could escape the noise of the centre. It was so clean, light and spacious, with a balcony, very well equipped with a small kitchen with a fridge, cooker, kettle, toaster, all the necessary utensils. The wi-fi was very strong and the airconditioning new and very well working, too. There's also a TV, a small table with chairs inside and on the balcony too. There's also a clothes dryer rack so you can easily dry your beach towels and an iron and an ironing board, too. There's a shower in the bathroom with a window so it's very light and shower gel, too. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and changed after a few days. They cleaned the appartment after two days. The host is a lady called Patra and she was very, very helpful, kind and nice and she gave us some tips and instructions what to see or where to go and eat. I highly recommend this wonderful, comfortable and modern appartment which smelled nice and new and if I come back, I'll certainly book again.

The apartments are located in the center of the city, a stone's throw from Aya Napa Monastery. Everything is very convenient, comfortable and clean. The hostess of Patra's apartments is very hospitable and friendly. Removes and changes clothes every two days. Patra often presents pleasant surprises and gifts. I didn't want to leave ❤️🇬🇪❤️

It is not close to the beach but you can walk or take a bus.

I will echo what many people have said in previous reviews. The apartment is small but very clean and equipped with everything you need. The beds and the pillows are very comfortable. The apartment is close to the center, markets and the disco street but without noise. Patra is a very good, responsible & kind person and she is always ready to help. The communication is pretty easy and warm. I highly recommend this wonderful place!

It was great pleasure to stay at Chico's apartment. From a first day we were warmly welcomed from the host Patra, who is very nice, generous person, always keen to help, suggested us places to visit and even gave us a gifts before we left :) Apartment is very clean and comfortable, hosts are cleaning it every 3 days and changing towels, and always some sweets, cookies will wait for you on a table :) Fully recommend Chicos Studio to anyone who wants comfortable and pleasant stay in Ayia Napa.
