The street under the balcony was very busy and it can be loud at night as well but the apartment is soundproof so when you close everything it isn’t that loud.

Everything was new and clean, the location was great and there is a bus stop nearby. We would definitely recommend it!

Everything was really good honestly. Alsoo there is no bugs which is weird and cool.

It was a really nice apartment. It's close to the strip where all the bars and pubs are, but it is not noise,the windows and doors are solid proof for sound, but even open it is a quiet street. It was a walking distance of everything we liked ten to fifteen minutes from the luna park, bars, pubs, restaurants and the squer. Our favorite beache was Pantachou so it was walking distance from there too. On the way there is also a little place with vegan food and smothiees as well as other helthy foods that is super cheep Fusis. All the best rated and low key restaurants were near us too. The host was really nice, she was there a second we needed anything. If I were to come back it would be here.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. The apartment had everything we needed, it was very clean, and the location was perfect. The property has a convenient location and is near to the clubs, bars, supermarkets, restaurants etc. 15 minute walk and you are at the beach… The apartment was clean, everything that is needed at home was there. I loved the host’s hospitality. She was really caring, attentive and helpful. ♥️ I am sure that I will be staying in this property the next time I visit Ayia Napa.

The accommodation was on a very busy street. Guests were sometimes very loud and would knock on the doors. The beach isn't very close to the accommodation, but the good thing is that the bus stop is a few hundred meters away.

Host Marija was wonderful, kind, always ready to answer any question, and to recommend restaurants and places to visit. She was always willing to help with any problem, had a solution, and was very kind. We were very impressed with her service and kindness. We definitely recommend Marija as a host. The accommodation was clean and tidy.

We enjoyed our stay a lot - the apartment is spacious and cozy, equipped with everything you need for a longer stay, great location - just 5 minutes walk to the city centre and the busiest area with lots of shops, restaurants, etc. Special thanks to our host Maria, she was so kind and hospitable all the time, checking daily if we need anything and addressing all our needs!

I rated this accommodation a 10 because it met most of the facilities we were looking for within this range. However, it’s worth noting that the street can be noisy, which isn’t the landlord’s fault. We also had some difficulty with the positioning of the air conditioning and the bed, which made it hard to sleep at times, but we managed to overcome this.

Good value for the price The building and room are recently renovated and in a great location, just a 2-minute walk from the bus station. There’s a supermarket right next door, which is very convenient. The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised to find fruits, water, coffee, and tea waiting for us in the room. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth, thanks to the excellent details provided.

The only bad thing was that there was only one roll of toilet paper for the whole stay so we were forced to buy an entire new pack. Also some days there was no hot water in the shower.

Apartament is very nice and clean, it has everything that you might need during your stay. Great location, really close to everything. Host is super friendly and helpful.
