I had a perfect stay at Leondiana! Everything was new, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The room was modern and very comfortable, with great amenities like a smart TV, a mini fridge, and excellent air conditioning that kept the space cool throughout my stay. The shower was spacious, and I really appreciated the clean, fluffy towels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I also loved the private terrace — a great spot to relax with a drink in the evening. The location was ideal — just a 10-minute walk to both the beach and the city centre, with a convenience store only 3 minutes away. The area felt safe and quiet. Lastly, the host was extremely kind and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Larnaca!

We stumbled upon the Leondiana with a last-minute booking, but it turned out to be perfect! The room was spacious, well-equipped with a fridge and tea/coffee supplies, and immaculately clean - mid-stay cleaning was a lovely touch. The central location was ideal, with a short stroll to town and the beach. Petros was an exceptional host, offering a warm welcome and going above and beyond to meet our needs. There was a problem with aircon but it was resolved promptly - so you won't have an issue.

Small but functional room, tiny but nice bathroom. Good internet, haven't tried the tv so can't comment. Walking distance (10 minutes or so) to the busy seaside where you can find all the tourist-trap restaurants. Parking opposite the hotel, can hold about 15 cars - or you can use the bus 425 from the airport (every 30 minutes, last one is at midnight, costs 4 euro, step out at Larnaca Community Centre; alternatively taxi is 20-30 euro; or you can try Bolt). The owner was very nice, on my late arrival he invited me to a nearby tavern for some wine and mezze, appreciated.

Nothing, all good!

The hotel is small (4 rooms), clean and modern. Everything is of top quality (e.g. shower, hairdryer, TV), and there is a lovely courtyard garden. If you stay here, the general manager Petros has got your back… he can’t do enough to help 🙂. The airport bus (425) dropped us off 2 minutes walk from the front door and Petros was there waiting for us even though it was late. The location is good, being easy walking distance from the town, sea front and bus station.

We had a fantastic experience at LEONDIANA Boutique Hotel in Larnaca. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed—the host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were greeted with a lovely welcome that included wine, tea, coffee, and water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, stylishly designed, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and we really appreciated having Netflix available for some relaxing downtime after exploring the city. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. It's clear the hosts care about the guest experience, and it shows in all the little details. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Larnaca—we would definitely stay here again!

Property is not far from the beach . There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Bus station is located on the promenade on the beach which is very convenient . You can walk to a lot of places of interest. It’s also feels very safe even when it’s quiet in the evening. Petros the owner is very helpful and makes an effort to make sure that his guests are comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The host is polite and responsible :) He stayed in touch with us for everything. He informed us about water and temperature in the room, and you can ask everything! There is warm in the room (despite the harsh winter)

This is a new hotel with exceptional cleanliness and standards. It is a short walk to the old town and beach where you have fabulous restaurants to choose from. At the end of the street is a traditional taverna serving authentic food and often with live music. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Larnaca and I hope to stay again when I return 🥰

Small hotel with clean and modern rooms, amazing location, close to the beach and other popular spots. Petros, the manager, is very friendly and helpful, one day he even cooked us a delicious BBQ on the patio. Definitely coming back!

It would be nice to have some small shelf in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc. Only hand soap was provided so we bought our own (this surprised us but also makes sense environmentally: we took home the soap and shampoo we bought and will use them...) The street is well located but not the nicest in terms of sidewalks and shade.

The room was large and well furnished, with a fridge and a nice shower, AC, lots of lighting in addition to good windows (there is no view, but good air). There is also a desk, a chair, and an armchair. The bed was comfortable and there are large, clean open shelves for clothes. The location is good. The owner is really nice and sometimes invites the guests to a bbq.
