The villa exceeded my expectations. I had the best sleep on the wonderful comfortable beds, the owners ensured the villa was equipped with everything I could possible need down to bottle openers and sewing kits. The villa is beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. The TV had an extensive choice of Chanel’s . The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Our whole stay couldn’t have been more perfect.

Very loud neighbours, especially Turkish people. Induction stove was not working but our great host called a eletrican and he repaired it in under 10 minutes!

Stunning villa , everything was spacious and new looking , the pool was lovely and cleaned about every other day . All the facilities were great and it had everything we needed . The owners were very helpful and responsive

Two groups of boys stayed in 2 separate villas . The communication was great between the villa owners and the boys. The owners were really helpful and answered any questions immediately . Helped with transfers too. The villas were beautiful and clean . They had a fantastic time in lovely surroundings . Nothing to fault !

I would like to inform you that the current mattress is made of foam and is not comfortable, which has caused me some discomfort during sleep. I kindly request that it be replaced with a spring mattress (resort type) to ensure better comfort and rest.

“There wasn’t anything we disliked as such, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The pool and outdoor furniture could do with a bit of an update, just to bring them up to the same standard as the rest of the villa. We did have some issues with noisy neighbours partying into the early hours, not entirely unexpected for Ayia Napa in the summer but to his credit, the owner stepped in and asked them to leave, which we really appreciated.”

Really nice, spacious villa. Everything was brand new and very clean (the owner later told us that it was renovated recently). The outside space and pool were perfect for the whole family! We could relax and spent most of the day there. The owner was very friendly and helpful and responded very quickly to anything we needed.

It is a nice place to stay! We had a rental car and by car the main street is only few minutes to go…even by walking it is not far. Recommend!

I would guess the villas are approximately 30 years old, so there are signs of wear and tear, but it didn't detract from our stay at all. A dishwasher would have been nice! A tip for anyone who books one of these villas, but doesn't book a hire car (as we didn't)... the local supermarkets do not stock a great range of food products (especially fresh foods), but we managed to order a food delivery online from https://www.alphamega.com.cy/ - and had it delivered to the villa. We successfully paid via Apple Pay using a UK credit card!

The host (Kypros) was very accommodating and helpful. The villa we stayed in (villa 4 'Antony') was on a small development of about 10 villas (all operated by 'Lux Villas' I believe), a 10 minute walk to the nearest shops/restaurants, a 15 minute walk to Nissi Beach and a 45 minute walk into Ayia Napa. The development was well looked after, with lots of trees and plants which added privacy to each of the private pool areas. The private pool in villa 4 was an ideal size and was a good temperature considering it wasn't heated. The villa itself was clean and spacious with new furniture. These villas are great value and absolutely ideal for families.
