Location, proximity to the beach and peace and quiet. It was as the pictures presented and was comfortable for 6 people. The owner went out above and beyond sorting out an unforeseen matter and was extremely quick to respond and was very generous in his compensation.

This was our third stay at Meneou Houses by the Sea in two years. It’s a beautiful property and perfect place to enjoy the sun and beach. Tranquil, quiet and calm, and has everything you need!

Our stay at Meneou House was absolutely incredible. The house is exactly like the pictures and the direct beach access was great. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house had basically everything we needed for a nice stay. The closest supermarket is a 5 minute drive, the airport 10 minutes and city center 15 minutes. A car is needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Wi-Fi connection is poor on second floor (Poseidon villa). But on 1st floor it worked good and was good enough to make work, make video calls etc.

Great place to have a rest! Fantastic sea view! If you need calm, private area it is best choice! It is good to have a car as city center is too far by walk but for me it was an advantage.

Absolutely loved our stay at this stylish house by the sea! The location couldn't have been more perfect - waking up to the sound of waves crashing just outside our window was truly magical. The house was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The mattresses were very comfortable. With plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, we were able to relax and unwind in complete tranquility. We can't wait to return to this wonderful retreat by the sea!

The house is very nice, well equipped and perfectly located right on the beach. It was fantastic to be able to just walk out onto the beach every morning. The yard and terrace are great for dining, relaxing and playing. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and has great recommendations for things to do in the area.

Firstly this house is amazing because it’s located right on the beach. Basically you have your own private beach, with clear Med water! Secondly the house is very spacy, with all apliances you might need during your holiday. Fully equiped kitchen, bbq place, two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, once big sitting room, wifi, TV, etc. And finaly the host is amazing, helping with everything you need. Recommend it 100 %.

We didn’t rented the car, stayed for 3 nights, so sometimes had difficulties to get a Bolt to pick us up.

Our recent stay at this beachfront retreat with nine of our friends was nothing short of fantastic! The location alone is worth the rave - nestled right on the beach, with the soothing sound of the ocean serenading us day and night. Waking up to the gentle rhythm of the waves lapping against the shore was simply sublime. The accommodation itself was tidy and well-maintained, offering all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. While it wasn't overly extravagant, it perfectly suited our needs, striking the right balance between simplicity and convenience. Overall, our experience was everything we could have hoped for and more. If you're looking for a laid-back escape with friends or family, this beachside gem is definitely worth considering. We'll certainly be back for another dose of seaside bliss

Sotiris was a very friendly and helpful host and made sure that our stay was great. Both houses are great for groups, located right on the beach. Free Private parking and well-equipped kitchens. We were there in January, and the houses were heated with the AC, which was just fine. Warmly recommended!

We had a few issues about smelly drains and mosquitoes - typical problems in warm climate destinations - but we dealt with both problems very easily and efficiently. Our hosts were very good - responded quickly and efficiently to our problems and even brought us a Christmas present!

Almost everything - it is modern, with modern comfortable furnishings. Its location is perfect - on the beach and we could list listen to the surf from our bedroom. Only a 15 minute drive into the wonderful city of Larnaca to both the clinic my husband attended and the Olympic pool I went to three times a week.

The place was perfect. Nothing to dislike.

The property was just perfect for a calm family vacation. It's just 10 min drive away from the airport, but was super quiet: . Since the villas and their private territories have no public passages between them , you technically have a private beach feeling ( there are 1-3 people passing in front of your lot per hour). The unit was crisp clean with everything you need. The nearest supermarket is 3 km away, so you will need a car (ordering taxi in this area using an app was problematic). Finally, The owner (Sotiris), is super nice and helpful. Also, he was quickly answering to the calls and messages.
