No negatives, but be sure you have a car to use if you want to see Cyprus or get groceries.

Real sunrise paradise was a terrific place for our family of seven. The swimmingpool is big, every day we got fresh eggs from the chickens. The kitchens was well supplied and the host was very friendly. In a 2 hour drive you can get almost everywhere at Cyprus. From the garden you have really nice sight at the planes heading and leaving Larnaka. The house was really really neat, clean and complete.,

Very quite and isolated very good for people that want to hear music and do bbq with a very good pool and kitchen we had a great time but you do need a car to go to the city overall very recommended And the owner is lovely and we had great time talking with him 100/100

Michael was a lovely host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was beautiful and the kids enjoyed the pool. It was a lovely relaxing atmosphere.A car is definitely recommended. Our stay here was lovely and anyone wanting a peaceful relaxing break this is the place to stay. Thanks Michael :)

it is such a great house with an even greater host!such a lovely guy who makes you feel totally welcome and is there when needed. the house has absolutely everything you could need. I loved the pool. could have stayed in 24/7! with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms you can stay as a big group. I am really happy I found that gem of a house and that gem of a host <3

A basic playpen would have been very helpful on the terrace to safeguard a crawling infant round the pool. This is likely to be an issue affecting a minority of people and thus not intended as a negative comment, but a suggestion.

Mihael is an excellent host and could not have been more helpful. The property was well equipped and a superb environment for our family holiday, with plenty of space. You do need a car to get around as the location is somewhat remote, but this is more than compensated by the peacefulness and privacy of the property.

We had a few ants come to say hello, but when we let the owner know, he came round the next day and dealt with them and we didn’t see another one after that

Host was very nice, when he welcomed us in the house. House has beutiful orchard with orange and lemon trees, we could eat fresh fruit for breakfest. There where no problem with check-in and check-out. We were in February so we didn't swim in the pool, but it looked great. I can really recommend this place and I hope come back one day!

Everything about the villa was excellent. Michael welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know. During our vacation, we got the privacy and peace we needed! The place is great for families, as well as for young people who want to relax with chill music near the pool. Nearby, there are supermarkets for shopping, as well as wonderful restaurants 10-15 minutes by car. The villa is strategically located in the middle of all the nice beaches between Agia Napa to the east and Paphos to the west. By car of course! Regards Michael, we will come again :)

everything was great

Michael and family are very nice and hospitable. took care of everything and assisted. the house itself was great. Clean and comfortable rooms. well equipped kitchen and big and amazing pool . very close to the airport. and the village next by has great restaurants.
