Everything was perfect. Best host that you can get, lots of recommendations, instructions on how to arrive from the airport etc. Apartman was better than on pictures. Location perfect, close to center, but still no noise. High recommendation for the apartmant and the host, we will come back for sure!

Marios is a wonderful host, very helpful and kind. He's always there if you need something. Apartment is well equipped and clean. Good location, not too noisy, but close (5 min walk) to the town square and bus stops. You can even visit some beaches on foot with a little more walking downhill.

The apartment has everything you need. The location is great - everything is close by. The owner is very friendly, he gave us a list of things to see in Ayia Napa, a list of the best restaurants,.. when we come back to Ayia Napa, we will definitely book this apartment again. All praise 10/10!

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making my stay very enjoyable. The kitchenette had all the utensils and appliances I could ask for, and the bathroom was spotless and felt brand new. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Cyprus.

Can get noisy at night but it is Ayia Napa, otherwise all OK.

The host was fantastic and very welcoming, he moved us to a ground floor apt as my wife currently has trouble with stairs after a hip operation. A really nice guy.

Fantastic stay at Takis Apartments! The apartments are incredibly clean, modern, and offer excellent value for money. The host, and his family are exceptionally welcoming and helpful, providing great recommendations for exploring Ayia Napa. The location is ideal – close enough to the main square and attractions (a short walk) yet offering a peaceful retreat. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchenettes, and free parking. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ayia Napa!

We had a fantastic 7-day stay at this apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the island, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful spots nearby. We were greeted in the parking lot by Marios, who immediately knew who we were. he left us instructions with the most interesting attractions and where we can eat deliciously. he took the initiative to let us clean the room during our stay if we wanted it. smiling, positive attitude. The bathroom was even bigger then we thought. There was clean towel which is change went they were dirty. Kitchen had everything we need

WiFi was a bit spotty, and water pressure was a bit low. But I think both of these are more of a Cyprus issue, and less Takis issue.

This is overall a great place to stay! One of the best (if not the best) experience i had with booking.com so far. Some more details: Room: Very nice. Spacious. Well equipped. Comfortable bed. Everything you need for basic meals in the kitchen. They also had some beach umbrellas you can borrow. Cleanliness: I think this deserves a separate paragraph. They clean your room, change sheets and towels every 3rd day. And It was spotless! Bravo to the cleaning staff! Host: Mario is great host. He gave us a list of reckomendations for bars, restaurants, beaches etc. He was always there if we had any questions, ready to help. Location: We quite liked the location. You are close to all major roads, so if you have a car you can go anywhere without fighting through the city traffic. On the other hand, you walk to city center in 10 minutes (max). It is a bit tiresome when you walk back because it's uphill, but nothing too bad. Parking: There are couple of parking spots in front of the apartment. There's also other parking alternatives near by (ask Mario), but during our stay we never had to use them (maybe we were just lucky).

If I had to say there was one thing I wasn’t keen on, the apartments are on a bit of a steep hill! But it only takes a couple of minutes to get up!

Is very affordable, very nice, close to the Ayia Napa attractions, close to center, close to the beach (even by foot) Host is also super amazing and friendly,, will help you with anything you need. However prepare for parking spaces that are uncomfortable, insufficient, narrow, and steep, located immediately after a very busy roundabout, and parking in each spot means blocking the traffic. Also the apartments and studios are basically in the middle of the roundabout and intersection. Is a lot of car noise, horns, people and if you dar to open the door or window to ventilate "fresh air" everybody will see you either pedestrian crossing intersections or anyone passing by their car. However, we willet 5 stars as you get what you pay for. It can't be perfect at this value.
