Swimming pool could be a bit cleaner - but it was out of season Probably it would be ok for smokers but for non smokers some areas could be a bit overwhelming. It will be good to have some sign on the property itself instead of just number 81

Hotel was fairly basic but price was reflecting this standard. Quiet place, no music, no parties. We were welcomed by Mr Ehab who was very good to us, responded to all queries, nice polite gentelmen. He allowed us to check out a bit later. Swimming pool wasn't heated but water was warm enough for Europeans. Short distance to Mall of Arabia, and SPX airport.

The stray dogs outside are scary so not suitable to walk around but it is the same everywhere in this area.

This is a great place to stay at, especially if u are looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable, and cozy room to stay at, Air conditioner works great, sun light, as well Garden and swimming pool view from the balcony, Ehab Tofeq was our Helper during the stay, he is super friendly, respectful, and responsible 😀,he responded fast to my messages and helped me with my needs at anytime, as well the rest of the staff were friendly as well.

The area is very quiet at night but I needed a quiet place so I can’t complain. I wouldn’t recommend walking in this neighborhood in the night time. We walked in the morning to the boulevard area where you can find all the restaurants but there were so many workers and we felt uncomfortable. The neighborhood has a lot of stray dogs and cats but what broke my heart is that I saw a cat and a dog that looked like they have been subjected to some form of abuse.

I needed to be around Sheikh Zayed area so the Location was very convenient to me. I had a very peaceful night and the staff were super friendly. Since there is no room service make sure you download the Taalabat app and they deliver directly to your room. The room was very clean and I would stay there again. We used Uber since there are no taxis driving around.

I stay in this hotel for the 3rd time. The room is very clean! There are several restaurants within a 5-7 minute walk.

This is my second stay at Al Manzel Sheikh Zayed and it's still a great option. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is very good. It's next to Waslet Dahshur Road which is full of cafes and restaurants and it's also close to Mall of Arabia, WOC and all main attractions in Sheikh Zayed and the surrounding areas. The room is comfy and in good condition.

No common door between adjacent rooms for kids to stay next to us and had to sleep with us in the same room, Water heater was small capacity and runs out quickly during winter and no breakfast.

Staff was friendly, location is pretty much close to everything and value vs money
