We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwedenThe noise of dogs in the area is very annoying, the internet in the room is a bit weak, and the bathroom is very small but sufficient.
The room is clean, the air conditioning is good, the balcony with the room was great, the bed is very comfortable, and Mrs. Rasha is very cooperative. I wish you success and thanks.

EgyptPoor wifi i complained and they replied that they will check but never got back to me and it remained poor. No complimentary water or tea bags. The staff only come in at 12 noon so if you need anything before, there is no one to help.
It was clean. The owner was welcoming and sent us the numbers to some supermarket next to the place.

BulgariaThe WiFi was very poor. This is not a hotel (I.e. no reception) Too many messages and calls from the owner. For completely unnecessary stuff and always insisting that I reply. Nights are quiet but a couple of mornings there was hammering noise from 7 am onwards.

EgyptIt wasn’t clean enough, very overpriced and the checkout time is absolutely ridiculous, 11pm check in and check out for a full-priced day? Not good at all. And there were no necessities available, drinkable water, soap etc. And I’m pretty sure the bed and pillow covers weren’t properly cleaned if cleaned at all. And there was a ladder in my room, why? Wouldn’t recommend.
