Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

I only have a small comment about the dinner charge despite paying for two guests in the double room.
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Special thanks to Mahmoud Raslan and Mohamed Ali at the reception for their professionalism and smooth check-in. Rooms are spotless, service is fast, and the food is delicious with great variety. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The place is very clean and extremely comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Mahmoud Raslan and Mohamed Ali, were highly professional and made the check-in process smooth and easy. They provided excellent support and ensured that everything was convenient during my stay. The rooms were spotless, well-prepared, and very comfortable. Any requests I had were handled quickly and efficiently. The food was another highlight – high quality, with a wide variety, and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I truly appreciate the hospitality and great service. Highly recommended!

Gym not good , more then one machine not working
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in was smooth and welcoming, with the staff being very friendly and attentive. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, Breakfast was a highlight – with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The restaurant staff were also very polite and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It’s a great mix of comfort, service, and value. I’ll definitely return on my next trip!

Food was not that good, and the beach has no facilities, toilets, shops..etc. There is a place that is under construction at the beach and it might include such facilities.
Very Quiet, clean and relaxing facility, staff are welcoming and flexible, rooms are spacious and the view is very nice.
